If "E-Ticket" or "Digital" delivery has been requested, your digital tickets will be available in your account at least 2 days before your performance. You will be able to log into My Account and access your digital tickets. If you do not see your digital tickets in your account within 48 hours before your performance, please contact the ticket office.

Subscription Package Purchases
Please keep a copy of your email confirmation as receipt of your order.
Tickets will be delivered at least two weeks before your first performance dates.
For the 2026/27 season, we will allow cancellations of your entire subscription package until October 1, 2026. You may cancel your entire package or any specific performance and receive a refund or have the value of the tickets held on your account until June 30, 2027. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. We are no longer issuing refunds for 2025/26 season subscriptions.
Donations included with subscriptions are acknowledged within two weeks of full payment. Please contact Donor Services at 206.389.7669 or [email protected] with questions or requests. You may have separate charges on your credit card from Seattle Opera for your donation.
For installment plan orders: the final balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the first performance of the package. Should any payment be declined by your credit/debit card company, the past due amount will be submitted daily, until authorization is received. This could result in more than one charge to your credit/debit card within a month, and will not delay future payment dates. Seattle Opera will not be responsible for any overdraft fees incurred due to an unscheduled charge to your account resulting from this.
Artists, prices, and seating are subject to change without prior notice. Late seating is at the discretion of management. Those who exit during the performance may not be reseated. Copying any performance by smart-phone, camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited.
