The Youth Opera Project is a comprehensive opera training program designed to guide youth through the journey of rehearsing and performing a fully staged, fully produced youth opera. Students age 7–18 of all experience levels will explore singing, acting, dancing, and more, culminating with public performances of an opera at Cornish Playhouse in the spring.
Youth participants will work with professional teaching artists in a fun and safe space. The Youth Opera Project accepts everyone ages 7–18, regardless of skill level. No prior experience is necessary.
