Soprano Angela Meade, between performances as Leonora in Il trovatore, leads a masterclass for a select group of singers from the Seattle Opera Teen Vocal Studio. This is a wonderful opportunity for audiences to get an inside look at the training process as some of the Northwest’s finest young singers learn from the world-renowned soprano and Seattle Opera star.

After a glorious victory, Odysseus and his courageous crew face monsters, tempests, sorcery, and the gods themselves during their epic journey home. Presented by Seattle Opera and Seattle Public Theater, Odyssey is performed by youth ages 7–18. Music by Ben Moore; libretto by Kelley Rourke. Commissioned by The Glimmerglass Festival, 2015.
