About Plymouth Housing
Plymouth Housing’s mission is to eliminate homelessness and address its causes by preserving, developing and operating safe, quality, supportive housing and by providing adults experiencing homelessness with opportunities to stabilize and improve their lives. Plymouth Housing provides permanent homes and supportive services to over 1,500 adults in King County.
In recent years, Seattle Opera has partnered with Plymouth Housing with our Community Serenades program, bringing a bit of operatic joy to the residents of four Plymouth Housing locations in Seattle. In 2021, we hosted a supply drive for the opening of Kristin Benson Place, located across the street from McCaw Hall, collecting food and other essential pantry items for 60 new residents. In February 2025, we held a supply drive for the recently-opened Plymouth Supply Center, a place for Plymouth Housing residents to come and shop for themselves and their homes, free of charge.
