Other Pre-Show Activities
All student ticketholders will receive an activity sheet with games and puzzles relating to the opera to keep them occupied before the curtain rises. As always, the Amusements gift shop will be open and Café Impromptu will be serving a brunch buffet before the show.
Head to the Norcliffe Room, on the south side of the first tier, for two family-friendly intermissions. Complimentary temporary tattoos and wristbands will be available for everyone in your party. Members of the cast will pay a visit to take photos with the kids and answer their questions. There will also be a dress-up station where little divas can try on “Tosca tiaras”. Bring your camera! Also during the intermissions, the stage crew will leave the curtain up, allowing those in the auditorium to watch the scene changes.
After The Opera
On your way out, share the joy of making music at the KING FM Instrument Petting Zoo in the Promenade. It’s all hands-on, as we let kids explore a world of instruments, from clarinets to xylophones. Please DO touch the instruments!
