SET RENTAL INFORMATION

Scenery and Services Fee: $40,000.00
Director: Required to offer artist first opportunity to provide artist’s services.

Set Designer: Required to offer Robert Schaub, artist, five days employment.

Lighting Desinger: Required to offer artist first opportunity to provide artist services.

Projection Associate: Required to employ for technical and dress rehearsals.

Insured set value: $300,000.00
Load-out/in costs: Deposit of $7,000.00 required. Actual costs will be calculated and SO will invoice/refund the difference.
Technical Supervisor: Provided by Seattle Opera. Required for the initial load-in, set-up and load-out. Expect 2 day to load-in this scenery and 1 day to strike and load-out.

NOTE: Original media content is included in rental.
NOTE: Final projected images produced with front and rear projectors, Green Hippo Critters, Zookeeper software and a GrandMA.
NOTE: The Pyramid Iris drops were operated using motorized point hoists. There are numerous cues. A variety of approaches could be used instead of point hoists including hand lines. Please call and we discuss the different approaches further.
NOTE: Deck winches are not included in the rental. They may be available for an additional fee. Please call for details.
NOTE: Stock raker boxes are included if available.
NOTE: Stock equipment is NOT included in the rental price. Stock equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• All black masking
• Color kinetics (LED lighting fixtures)
• Grey scrim
• Slave wagons
• Point hoists
• Wireless dimming used for the music box and lectern
