Director Employment: Required to offer director 1st opportunity to provide directors services – terms & conditions to be negotiated in good faith with director.
Number and size of truck(s): 3 - 53' Logistic post with Air-Ride
Insured set value: $500,000.00
Load-out/in costs: Deposit of $10,000.00 required. Actual costs will be calculated and SO will invoice/refund the difference.
Technical Supervisors: Provided by Seattle Opera.
Required for the initial load-in, set-up and load-out.
Expect 2 days to load-in this scenery and 1 day to strike and load-out.

NOTE: The quoted costs are subject to change. Final costs will be set when a contract is requested.

Technical Requirements:

Minimum depth: 43' to US edge of set
Minimum number of line sets: 9 (does not include masking or electrics)
Furthest upstage flying piece: 43' (R/P)
Height of tallest flying piece: 38'(not including scrim & R/P’s)

NOTE: Stock raker boxes are included if available.

NOTE: Stock equipment is NOT included in the rental price. Stock equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • All black masking
  • The deck winch can be included for an additional fee only if it is available at the time of the rental and will require an additional technical supervisor.
  • The trap lift can be included for an additional fee only if it is available at the time of the rental and will require an additional technical supervisor.
  • White R/P
  • Black R/P
  • Black Scrim
  • Motorcycle (borrowed)
