How to Get There


KeyArena on Seattle Center Campus
400 1st Ave N
Seattle, WA


From I-5 Northbound or Southbound:
Take Mercer Street exit and take right at light. Take left at next light onto Valley and follow into Broad. Take right on Denny then right on 1st Avenue.
From I-5 Southbound:
Take Stewart Street exit and turn right on Denny Way. Then right on 1st Avenue.


Here is a list of parking around Seattle Center
Some parking facilities and lots are "cash only" so please be prepared.

1st Avenue North Garage
This is the largest facility near KeyArena, between John and Thomas Street. The entrance to this garage is either off 1st Avenue North or Warren Avenue North.

Additional Southwest Seattle Center Garages
These are smaller garages that are also close by to KeyArena, there are garages located at the corner of Warren Ave N and Denny (adjacent to the church) and on Second Avenue and Denny Way (adjacent to Pacific Science Center.)

Gates Foundation 5th Avenue Parking Garage
Located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Harrison St., across the street from EMP, enter this parking lot by turning right onto Harrison St from Broad St, before you cross 5th Ave. This garage is the farthest away from KeyArena but it probably will be the least busy. It is also conveniently located to get back on I-5 quickly. It is located across Seattle Center campus from KeyArena.

Surface lots along Mercer Street
There are several surface lots on either side of Mercer Street between Third and First Avenues. These are relatively close to KeyArena and allow quicker and easier in and out access than the parking garages. Spaces are limited and fill up early, however, so early arrival is encouraged.

ADA Drop-off Points
Thomas Street (between First and Second Avenue) at “KeyArena Suite Walkway.” Walkway leads to wheelchair ramp for entry. The walkway also leads to the Suite Entry & Disabled Entry for elevator use. First Avenue N at KeyArena West Plaza (First Ave N and Harrison St). This leads into the West Entry doors for KeyArena. Disabled Parking
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities in all Seattle Center parking garages. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly. Please refer to the Parking section of this website for maps, directions, and more information.
