Richard Wagner subtitled his Parsifal a consecrational theater piece. For the first time in North America, it will fulfill its destiny as it inaugurates Marion Oliver McCaw Hall. Seattle Opera presents a new Rochaix-Israel production of Wagner's last and most intriguing opera. Parsifal takes you on a quest of a young hero as he searches for compassion, redemption, and understanding in a world dominated by rigidity and fanaticism.
