Young Artists Program
Now in its tenth anniversary year, Seattle Opera’s Young Artists Program provides career guidance and training for young professional singers, typically between 22 and 32 years old. This intensive 20 week production-based curriculum includes acting training, master classes, auditions, networking, and complete role study. Artistic Director Peter Kazaras has recently joined the faculty of this nationally recognized program. At the culmination of the program, each Young Artist performs a complete role in a fully produced opera with orchestra.
