Elizabeth Pojanowski has a B.F.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Music and an Artist Diploma in opera from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. Major roles include Hansel in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, the Fox in Janácek's Cunning Little Vixen, Charlotte in Massenet’s Werther, and Nancy in Britten’s Albert Herring. Other performances include La Maestra delle Novizie in Puccini’s Suor Angelica at Opera Theatre and Music Festival of Lucca, Nancy T'ang in John Adams’ Nixon in China at Cincinnati Opera, and the Third Lady in Mozart’s Zauberflöte at Eugene Opera. A two-time regional finalist for the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, Pojanowski joined the Seattle Opera Young Artists Program in 2007.
