Macedonian tenor Blagoj Nacoski made his debut as Arturo in Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor at Rome’s Teatro dell’Opera. He has since performed as Don Ottavio in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Belmonte in Mozart’s Entführung aus dem Serail, Ferrando in Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Tamino in Mozart's Magic Flute, Ernesto in Donizetti’s Don Pasquale, Count Almaviva in Rossini’s Barber of Seville, Lindoro in Rossini’s Italiana in Algeri, Peter Quint in Britten's Turn of the Screw, and Don Narciso in Rossini's Turco in Italia in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Tokyo, Bruxelles, Zurich, Genoa, Cagliari, Salzburg Festival, Warsaw, Parma, and Trieste. He recently sang Ferrando at Bayerische Staatsoper of Munich, Lysander in Britten's Midsummer Night's Dream at Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari and Teatro Valli of Reggio Emilia, and Cassio in Verdi's Otello in Tokyo. Nacoski makes his U.S. debut as Fenton in Verdi's Falstaff.
