Dinner in the McCaw Hall Restaurant, Prelude, located on the promenade level featuring signature dishes created by SAVOR’s Executive Chef Shawn Applin. An extraordinary selection of premium wines by the Glass, Half Glass and Taste are available in the Grand Lobby Wine Bistro. Enjoy vintners from the Pacific Northwest such as McCrea, Chinook and Buty to complement your ‘small bites’ choices. Specially selected premium wines by the glass priced from $12. Plus a wide selection of Northwest and California wines by the half bottle starting at $18.
