Donor Stewardship Manager

Seattle Opera is accepting applications for the position of Donor Stewardship Manager. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Associate Director of Development – Annual Fund and is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and implementation of more than 100 donor benefits and events each year to cultivate and steward both donors and donor prospects. Executes high-level fundraiser-net events that meet their revenue and expense goals while raising Seattle Opera’s profile in the community. Manages vendor relationships as a key element in overseeing a budget.

Development Operations Manager

Seattle Opera is accepting applications for the position of Development Operations Manager. This is a full-time, salaried position within the Development Department and is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Development department, including: data entry practices and procedures, campaign and annual giving reporting and analysis, gift processing, financial forecasting and analysis, acknowledgement and tax summary processing, and pledge billing procedures. The Development Operations Manager serves as a liaison between the Development department and the Finance, IT, and Facilities departments.

Seattle Opera is accepting applications for the position of Capital Campaign Manager. This full-time, salaried position reports to the Director of Development and is responsible for completing a $25 million capital campaign to build Seattle Opera's Permanent Home at Mercer Arena. The Capital Campaign Manager works closely with professional campaign counsel in setting up systems and implementing strategies and management plans to effectively coordinate campaign responsibilities.
